Bitmap files for Hanover and Mobitec displays can be found in your Operator Marketing Pack. Please see below for step-by-step instructions for use.
Instructions for Hanover displays
- Open your Helen software.
- Open your database, click on ‘New’. The box to your right will appear.
- Destination Number - your choice.
- Drivers Message - myTrip
- Sign 0 box - Untick SuperX
Double click on the green box, then click ‘Edit Signs’.
Edit > Bitmaps > Import Bitmap Image > Choose the file to import from your PC.
Click your chosen file, then press ‘Open’.
Your box should appear as below. Click ‘Enter’ and the image will show.
Instructions for Mobitec displays
Open Mobi Info Edit (MIE).
Click the bus you wish to add the destination onto and the Green + to add a Program Number.
The box to your right should appear - then click ‘Create’.
Select your Front Sign.
Right-click > Change template.
Make sure it’s green and says ‘Dest’. Click OK.
The box below should appear. Click on ‘Yes’.
Select Your Front Sign.
Go to File > Import >
Picture > As Graphic Object
Choose Your Bitmap Image,
then click ‘Open’.
Make sure your screen looks like this. Make sure that ‘Invert Colours’ is ticked and the text is Orange. Then click OK.
