To update vehicle information in Passenger Cloud, select ‘Vehicles’ from the dashboard and you’ll see a list of your vehicles.

Vehicles are automatically detected from the Automatic Vehicle Location (SIRI-VM) feed. Once they appear in Passenger Cloud, additional information can then be added to them or existing information updated. As part of getting started with myTrip, our Onboarding team will have set this up for you initially. You may now have an additional vehicle or two appearing in the feed that weren’t previously tracking so these may need to be updated.

If a vehicle isn’t currently present in the vehicle tracking feed, after this information is added, Passenger Cloud will remember it ready for when the vehicle makes itself known to the system again.
