Passenger Cloud has different levels of access based on the permissions granted. These can be finely controlled, giving access to different combinations of capabilities, but are broadly defined as follows:
Customer support agent | View customer tickets and verify child/student accounts, overturn Login Lock |
Customer support supervisor | Issue complimentary tickets, refunds and disable tickets |
Finance agent | Export revenue data and bank transfers |
Vehicle manager | Manage data on live vehicles, and view vehicle monitoring subscriptions |
Boarding codes access | Download boarding code/word of the day exports |
