How can customers manage their payment methods/cards in the app?

When logged in to the app, a 'Payment methods' option appears inside the settings menu.

The payment methods screen enables users to:

  1. View a list of payment methods without needing to start the checkout process
  2. Add a payment method
  3. Remove a payment method
  4. Select a default payment method


When set up on the device, Apple Pay or Google Pay will appear in this list and can be set as the default payment method.


At checkout, it is possible to select a different payment method for a specific transaction. Customers can also add a new card by tapping 'Add a debit/credit card' on the checkout screen.
