Once your TransXChange file has been imported to myTrip by your Customer Success Manager or the Help Desk team, it will take effect at the beginning of the following day. 

myTrip operator staff with access to the Network section of Passenger Cloud can use this section to preview timetables and scheduled arrival times that will appear in the myTrip app. To access the timetable preview tool, log into Passenger Cloud and follow these steps: Network > Datasets.

To preview the timetable from your current dataset click on the pink link, similar to the one shown in the below screenshot. 

This will then bring users to a page that lists all services in their current TransXChange dataset. To preview the timetable data for a specific service click on the link for the relevant service.

This will take users through to a timetable preview of that service for that day. From here you can navigate to stops in the timetable, see the ATCO code attributed to each stop, toggle the direction (inbound/outbound), date and (major/all) timing points as well as validate the timetable data to ensure the timetable displays correctly and therefore that scheduled stop visits will display correctly on Departure Boards in myTrip.

If you preview the timetable data and find errors that need to be rectified please export and send a new TransXChange dataset with these issues corrected to your Customer Success Manager or help@myTrip.today.
