How do I reset a customer's password?

Customers can reset their own passwords using the app by following these steps:

  • Go to Settings from the main menu in the app
  • Go to the login option
  • Tap "Forgotten password"
  • Enter your email address and tap "Reset password"
  • Check your email account for a password reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password
